How We Built a High-Performance Next.js Website for a Dubai Moving Company That Now Ranks Across All 7 UAE Emirates

B2H Movers needed more than a good-looking website. They needed one that could handle programmatic location pages, load fast on mobile in the UAE, and rank for competitive moving keywords without technical SEO holding them back.

Client Overview

B2H Movers is a professional moving and relocation company based in Deira, Dubai. They provide residential moving, villa moving, office relocation, furniture moving, storage solutions, and international cargo services across the UAE and GCC countries. Their website is live at b2hmovers.com.

Hyxil delivered the full Next.js website development alongside a complete technical SEO foundation, programmatic location page system, on-page SEO, and bilingual configuration — treating the project as an SEO asset from the first line of code rather than a design deliverable.

The Challenge

B2H Movers came to us with a growing business but a website that could not keep up. The problems were technical, structural, and strategic all at once.

⚠

SSR not working: Their previous setup rendered pages client-side only. Google was crawling empty HTML shells with no content — meaning pages that existed were effectively invisible to search engines.

📍

No location page system: They needed individual pages for all 7 UAE emirates but had no scalable way to build and maintain them without duplicating content or wasting development time.

📱

Poor mobile speed: In the UAE, the majority of search traffic is on mobile. A slow-loading site in this market means losing leads before they ever read a word of content.

📋

No technical SEO foundation: No schema markup, no structured meta system, no XML sitemap, no canonical tags, and no internal linking architecture. The site was built to look good, not to rank.

🔎

Invisible for high-intent keywords: Searches like "villa movers Dubai", "office movers in Dubai", and "apartment movers Sharjah" were returning competitors instead of B2H Movers — despite B2H offering a premium service at competitive prices.

What We Built
1

Next.js with Proper Server-Side Rendering

We rebuilt the entire website in Next.js with correctly configured SSR from the ground up. Every page now returns fully rendered HTML to Google's crawler — not a blank shell waiting for JavaScript to execute. This single fix unlocked indexing for pages that had been completely invisible for months.

// Before: client-side only — Google sees empty HTML export default function MoversPage() { const [data, setData] = useState(null) useEffect(() => fetchData().then(setData), []) return data ? <Page data={data} /> : null } // After: SSR — Google gets full HTML on first request export async function getServerSideProps() { const data = await fetchData() return { props: { data } } }
2

Programmatic Location Pages — All 7 UAE Emirates

We built a scalable programmatic location page system that dynamically generates unique, SEO-optimised pages for every UAE emirate. Each page has location-specific content, proper canonical tags, and unique meta data — not duplicate thin pages with city names swapped in.

Programmatic SEO done wrong means duplicate content penalties and wasted crawl budget. Done right, it means one well-built system that generates dozens of ranking pages automatically and scales without additional development cost.

Service Pages with Full On-Page SEO

Eight individual service pages were built, each with its own keyword focus, heading structure, body content, schema markup, and internal linking to both the homepage and relevant location pages. No two pages target the same primary keyword.

Why Next.js — The Technical Decision

The technology choice was not aesthetic. Next.js was selected specifically because programmatic SEO at scale requires server-side rendering that works reliably, a file-based routing system that supports dynamic routes cleanly, and a built-in image optimisation component that handles WebP conversion and lazy loading without third-party dependencies.

Most web agencies build a site and hand it over. We treated B2H Movers as an SEO project from day one. The technology choice, the page structure, the URL architecture, and the content were all decided with Google in mind before a single line of code was written. That is the difference between a website that ranks and one that sits idle.

Why Programmatic SEO Is Hard to Get Right

Programmatic SEO — generating pages at scale from a template and data system — is one of the most powerful SEO techniques available. It is also one of the most dangerous if done incorrectly.

Get it wrong: duplicate content across 7 location pages, thin pages with no unique value, wasted crawl budget, and potential Google penalties that suppress the entire domain. Get it right: one well-built system generates dozens of indexable, ranking pages automatically — with zero additional development cost per page added.

For B2H Movers, we got it right by ensuring every emirate page has genuinely unique content covering local context, specific moving considerations for that emirate, and locally relevant service descriptions — not a template with a city name swapped in. Combined with correct canonical tags, unique meta data per page, and proper internal linking from the homepage and service pages, every location page is a standalone SEO asset.

The website is now ranking for high-intent terms including "villa movers Dubai", "office movers in Dubai", "apartment movers Dubai", and location-specific variants across Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, and Al Ain — in one of the most competitive local service markets in the Middle East. The programmatic location system means adding new pages requires no additional development work.
