Eight production automations Hyxil has already shipped.
A portfolio of working n8n systems — Maps-to-email pipelines, inbox-safe sending, follow-up, bounce handling, WhatsApp qualification, and a LinkedIn publishing engine. Built for agencies and B2B teams that need the workflow on their accounts, not another product trial.

Each card is a shipped system with its own page: nodes, triggers, filters, and what the sheet or inbox does after it runs. These are client-ready n8n systems, not a productised SaaS catalogue.
Maps Lead Scraper
Google Maps search to verified emails and a Claude-written cold email for every prospect. One form in — product, location, up to three keywords — sheet out, zero manual steps.
Maps Scraper v2
Apify extractor in place of Places API: 40 leads per keyword, closed places skipped, richer listing data, AI emails written straight into the sheet.
Cold Email Sender
Daily 5pm send from two Gmail accounts, hard 20-cap, 3–8 minute human delays, six-condition pre-send filter. Rows marked Sent or Failed — nothing silent.
Follow-Up Automation
Weekdays at 6pm. Day-3 and day-7 follow-ups, sender-matched threads (Nick or David), 8 per type per day, skipped on reply or bounce.
Bounce Tracker
Both inboxes classified every hour: bounce, opt-out (15+ phrases), or genuine reply. Suppression list updates itself so the scraper never re-hits a dead or opted-out address.
Cold Email System
Five linked workflows, one Google Sheet as source of truth: scrape, send, follow up, track, suppress. Each workflow is stateless — the sheet is the CRM.
WhatsApp AI Agent
24/7 Claude replies, 12-message memory per contact, text-only filter, invisible [HANDOFF] stripped before the lead sees it, Slack ping when a human should take over.
LinkedIn Engine
Six RSS feeds, three Claude passes (analyse, write, QA), minimum score 75, auto-publish Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday at 8:30am. Buyer-facing posts, not builder tutorials.
The same class of workflow on your stack
Hyxil is a full-stack marketing and development agency that is also n8n certified. You own every workflow, every account, and every line of code. We do not rent you a black-box tool.
One sheet as the source of truth
Outbound builds share a Google Sheet. The scraper writes. The sender updates. Follow-up reads timestamps. The tracker writes reply and bounce status. Workflows stay stateless.
Inbox-safe sending, not a blast
Daily caps, 3–8 minute delays, MillionVerifier before send, six-condition filters, and a suppression list that the scraper reads before it writes a new lead.
Research before the first sentence
Claude Haiku summarises the prospect site. Claude Sonnet writes a 50–90 word email with one specific detail and a reply-only CTA — not a name swapped into a template.
A human when it matters
WhatsApp hands off to Slack when pricing or buying intent shows up. Email replies stop the sequence. The lead never sees the internal [HANDOFF] tag.
From a live walkthrough to a system you can run
The write-ups on this hub are the proof of craft. A client engagement follows the same shape as the published AI automation process — consult, architecture, build against real data, then hand over documentation you keep.
Walk a live workflow
We open the n8n canvas — form to sheet, Gmail pacing, WhatsApp memory, or the LinkedIn QA gate — and map it to your niche, accounts, and volume.
Architecture before nodes
Triggers, data, connected systems, failure paths, and where a human still decides. You approve the blueprint before anything touches live inboxes.
Build and test on real data
Workflows are tested against real rows and messages, then staged. Edge cases, retries, and “do not send” flags are part of the build, not an afterthought.
Deploy, document, leave you in control
You keep the n8n instance, the sheet, and the API credentials. Video walkthroughs and written docs come with the handoff. Monthly monitoring is optional.
n8n on your infrastructure — not a per-task meter
The published builds run on n8n with Claude, Gmail, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, LinkedIn, Apify or Places, and MillionVerifier. Self-hosted n8n keeps data on your servers and avoids per-execution pricing as volume grows.
The capability pages behind these builds
This hub lists shipped systems. The service pages cover how we sell and scope the same work for a new stack.

Want one of these pipelines on your accounts?
We will walk the live n8n workflow on a call — form to sheet, inbox pacing, WhatsApp handoff, or the LinkedIn QA gate — and tell you what it takes to run the same class of system on your stack.
