Industries · HVAC marketing
HVAC marketing that keeps the schedule full.
Heating and cooling demand does not arrive in one shape. A no-cool call at 6pm, a furnace replacement quote, and a maintenance agreement are three different searches. Hyxil connects SEO, Google Ads, Maps, the website, and follow-up so those searches can become calls and booked jobs.
The system
One trade. More than one channel.
An HVAC company that only buys ads goes quiet the week the budget pauses. A company that only waits on SEO misses the first hot week of summer. The useful plan uses both, then makes the website and the follow-up fast enough for a homeowner who is already uncomfortable.
Organic work for this trade lives on the HVAC SEO page. This page is the wider marketing system around it: search, Maps, ads, the site, seasonal content, and what happens after the lead comes in.
What the engagement actually covers.
Each piece has a job. None of them is a substitute for a dispatcher, a license, or a review the customer already left.
HVAC SEO
Service pages for repair, installation, and maintenance, written for the cities you actually cover. Technical cleanup so Google can read the site.
Open HVAC SEO →Local SEO and Maps
Google Business Profile, categories, service-area signals, review response, and citations. This is where “HVAC near me” is won or lost.
Local SEO services →Google Ads
High-intent repair and replacement searches, with call and form tracking so a click is not treated as a booked job.
Google Ads management →Website and conversion
A fast mobile page, a visible phone path, service navigation, and proof a homeowner can check before they call a stranger into the house.
Web development →Seasonal content
Cooling content before the heat, heating content before the cold. Articles exist to support the service pages, not to sit in a blog nobody links.
SEO content writing →After the lead
Weather spikes create more calls than a front desk can answer. Routing and follow-up keep the ones you missed from going to the next company.
AI lead generation →Buying intent
Match the page to the job.
A single “HVAC services” page tries to rank for every search and converts few of them. The structure below is how we separate the work.
Emergency repair
Click-to-call, a short page, and ads or Maps visibility for “AC repair near me” and “furnace not working.” Speed matters more than a long explanation.
System replacement
AC, furnace, and heat pump installation pages that cover what the homeowner is comparing: system type, what the visit includes, and how to request a quote. No invented savings claims.
Maintenance and membership
Tune-up and plan pages for the quieter months. These searches are less urgent and easier to ignore until the season turns.
More than one location
Each real service area can have its own page, profile, and geo-targeted campaigns. We do not publish a stack of near-duplicate city pages for towns you do not serve.
How an HVAC marketing engagement starts.
The first pass is an audit of the site, the profile, the ads account if you have one, and the services that actually make money.
Audit
Website, Google Business Profile, reviews, Search Console, and current lead sources. We say what is missing before anyone proposes a retainer.
Map the offer
Repair, replacement, maintenance, and the cities on the truck. That map decides the pages and the campaigns.
Build
Pages, profile work, ads where they pay for themselves to test, and tracking on calls and forms. Technical SEO is part of the build, not a separate slogan.
Report
What changed in Maps, organic search, and paid search, and which of those produced calls. Rankings without a phone ring are not the report.
Related case studies
Home-service proof we are allowed to show.
Hyxil has not published an HVAC client case study. The roofing study below is another local home service. Read it for how we report Google Business Profile and Search Console numbers. It is not a heating and cooling result. The other published studies stay on the case study hub.

Questions
Before the proposal.
Straight answers. No ranking guarantee and no price list on this page.
What is HVAC marketing?
It is the set of channels that bring a heating and cooling company new jobs: SEO, Google Ads, Google Maps, the website, reviews, content, and follow-up. Hyxil scopes which of those you actually need after looking at the market and the current site.
How is this different from HVAC SEO?
HVAC SEO is the organic and local-search work. It already has its own page. This page adds paid search, the website, seasonal content, and lead follow-up around that SEO. Many companies need both. Some only need one. The audit says which.
Should we run SEO and Google Ads together?
Often yes, for different reasons. Ads can cover urgent repair searches while SEO builds the pages and Maps presence you still want when ad spend pauses. We do not treat a paid click and an organic call as the same result.
Can you market more than one HVAC location?
Yes, when each location is real. That means its own service-area page, a Google Business Profile you are eligible to use, and tracking that does not mix every city’s calls into one number. We will not invent city pages for markets you do not serve.
Do you publish HVAC client results?
Not on this site yet. The case studies linked above are roofing, water services, and concrete coating. They show how Hyxil reports local search. An HVAC engagement is scoped from your services and cities, not from those numbers.
Next step
Tell us the services and the cities.
Send the site, the markets you cover, and whether the priority is repair calls, replacement quotes, or a maintenance plan. We will reply with a scoped next step.
